Question
How are juiced made ?
Answer
Usually from purees and concentrates. 5/6 from the fruit juice is water content. In the county where the fruit comes from its water is extracted and the fruit base is preserved in aseptic environment in such conditions that the fruit components may be kept. The reason to extract the water is the possibility to transport far away at low cost. It is important that the concentrate reaches fast the place where the ready product will be produced. There the water is added again when the product is filled in a packing preserving the quality of the original juice. Thanks to that we can consume drinks from fruits coming from different parts of the world in every season.
