What is the difference between 100% juice, nectar and fruit drink?
Answer
As a whole the type of every drink is regulated by the law.
In general:
100% juice:
it is a drink with no addition of color agents, sugar or preservatives. There are two ways of making 100% juice – directly from the fruits and from concentrates and purees as adding the detached water.
Nectar:
There are many fruits which high content of dry matter does not allow the making of 100% juice from them. That’s why to the extract should be added sugar and water to a proportion giving good taste for consumption. Usually the fruit content of the nectars varies between 25 and 50% according to the fruit kind. Such fruits are peach, apricot, banana, blackcurrant, sour cherry.
No preservatives and coloring agents are allowed.
Fruit drink:
ТThese drinks have high water level and are consumed to quench the thirst. The fruit is used mainly to give certain taste.

How is actually aseptic filling and packing done ?
Answer
Before filling the paper from which the modern packing is made, it is sterilized. The equipment twists it in a pipe and sticks it by electricity, which passes through its aluminum layer. So the drink has no contact with air or glue. The paper itself is a complex composure of seven layers. Each layer has its own purpose and unique important function. As a whole 77% of the package is from strength and stability, 18% is from polythene for preserving the content – like a barrier for the microorganisms and 5% is aluminum folio protecting from light, air for as most as possible keeping the taste
