FRUIT JUICES AND NECTARS
Production of juices and nectars is realized by complete technological
equipment delivered by Tetra Pak – Sweden. Five independent functioning
aggregates is operating for filling and packing in aseptic carton boxes with 1
L, 250 & 200 ml volumes and Prisma, Brik, Wedge shapes.
The advanced technology of deaeration, homogenization and precise
pasteurization completely eliminates the necessity of adding preservatives and
guarantees long life of the final product. Its natural taste, vitamins and
minerals are kept.
An integrated with the equipment software controls on every step of the
execution of the recipe and avoid any possibility of hazard mistakes.
Raw materials
Water source – The water used for the preparation of the products comes from
own source, located in the production factory.
Fruit concentrates and puree – the Company orders and buys them from
certified producers with guaranteed traceability.
Some purees are own production. For this purpose the Company is using technological
line, delivered and installed in 2001 by Manzini – Italy. The production line
processes the fresh fruits from peaches, apricots and tomatoes into pulps with
12-14 brix, and through the evaporator into concentrates 30-32 brix.
Two methods of processing are used – “Hot” and “Cold” Break. The ready pulps
and concentrates are stored through automatic fill in 220 lt aseptic bags, kept
in metal drums.
CARBONATED SOFT DRINKS
The production of carbonated soft drinks is realized through
new, fully automated production line delivered in 2001 by Krones – Germany.
The aggregate for the packages (bottles) production of PET 0,5 ; 1,5 and 2
liters is produced by Sidel – France.
Constantly guaranteed high quality of the ready product and
its durability are due to the new technology of the syrup pasteurization and
deaeration of the water used for the production of the drink.
