“Florina Bulgaria” is a Joint Stock Company founded and registered in 1993 under the Commercial Law of Bulgaria trough act of Sofia City Court 25275/1993. The registered and paid capital amounts of € 4,150 Mio is entirely private and owned by individuals.

The activity of the Company includes production and distribution of soft drinks - fruit juices and carbonated drinks.

During the first years after its establishment the Company used to import from Greece and distributed fruit juices, nectars and carbonated soft drinks under the trademark of FLORINA.

In 1997 the Company invested, by the means of privatization, in Gorubliane district of Sofia, acquiring of a non-functioning enterprise from the food industry.

After a significant reconstruction in 1999 the Company started a production of fruit juices and nectars packed in aseptic carton packages under the brand name “FLORINA”. The investment process was completed in 2001 with the introduction of new equipment for production of carbonated soft drinks in PET bottles and technological equipment for processing of raw fruits into puree and concentrate.

“Florina Bulgaria” JSC successfully introduced Quality Management System and HACCP System in 2001-2002. The both systems were integrated in 2004. The integration is a guarantee for a process management, leading to high quality and safety of the products. The Quality Management System, operating in the Company, is audited and certified by Moody Q-Zert GmbH.

At present the Company produces its products using five independent production lines “Tetra Pak”, one carbonated soft drinks production line – “KRONES” and fruit processing equipment – “MANZINI”.
